Everything the Commons does is published here as anonymized counts. No vanity metrics, no projections. When the number is zero, it says zero.
How to read these numbers
Cases resolved means the person confirmed they reached the service they needed; it is our primary outcome metric, and it will always lag cases opened. Shifts fulfilled matters more than volunteers enrolled: registries produce signups, coordinated shifts produce service. Guides past review date is published deliberately: content that has outlived its review is a hazard, and hiding that count would defeat the point.
The raw data behind this page is a plain JSON file: data/metrics.json. The resource map's dataset is likewise public: data/resources.json. Both live in the project's open source repository with full change history.
Nothing on this page is ever derived from personal health information, because the platform does not collect any.
